If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of original purchase for instructions on how to return TŌNEM for a refund or exchange.
Every TŌNEM comes with a 1-year limited warranty, regardless if purchased on our website, Etsy or Amazon.
Charging
Please use the charging cable that came included with your device. We have recently become aware that, very rarely, certain other USB-C cables don't seem to charge TŌNEM properly.
If your device isn't charging or powering on, please try plugging it in with the original charging cable. A RED light should come on while charging. Once the red light turns off your TŌNEM is fully charged.
