Shipping policy
We hold stock in Joshua Tree, CA and aim to ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving them. Most orders within the United States arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
Order Processing
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take an extra day or two. If you ever need an order shipped urgently, just reach out as we’re happy to help if we can.
International Orders
We proudly ship worldwide. Delivery times vary based on your country and local customs processing. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, although some shipments may take up to 21 business days depending on your country’s customs processing.
Customs fees, import duties, and VAT are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or cover these costs, as they are determined by your country’s regulations. If your package is held by customs, you may be contacted directly by your local postal service to pay any required fees. Refusal to pay duties or taxes may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, and we are unable to refund shipping costs in these cases.
Depending on your country, you may be asked to provide a copy of your order confirmation or payment receipt to your local carrier or customs office before the shipment can be released. This receipt is automatically sent to your email after purchase. If you have any trouble locating it or need assistance, please reach out to us at support@dhyanadesigns.com and we will help as best we can.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress. If you don’t see this email within 2 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to refund shipping charges if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If your order is returned to us, we’re happy to reship it—additional postage charges will apply.
