Refund policy

We truly want you to feel supported in your wellness journey, and we stand behind the quality of everything we create. If any Pure Tone Therapy product isn’t the right fit for you, or if you experience any issues, we’re here to help with care and understanding every step of the way.

30-Day Trial Period

If you decide within 30 days of receiving your order that it isn’t for you, simply email us at support@dhyanadesigns.com to begin a return. We’ll cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label. Once we receive your item in its original condition, we’ll issue a full refund back to your original payment method.

One-Year Limited Warranty

After your 30-day trial, your purchase is protected by a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repair attempts.

If something ever isn’t working the way it should, simply reach out to us at support@dhyanadesigns.com. Many issues can be resolved quickly with a bit of troubleshooting, and our FAQ page is also a helpful place to start.

If we’re unable to get the product working properly, we’ll send you a new replacement right away. In most cases, we’ll ask that the original unit be returned to us before sending out the replacement unit.

To begin a return, please email us at support@dhyanadesigns.com. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Troubleshooting Support

Before sending your product in, please know that most issues can be resolved quickly with a few simple steps. We want nothing more than for you to get back to enjoying your Pure Tone Therapy product as soon as possible, and we’re always happy to walk you through troubleshooting to help identify and solve the problem right away.

We also have an FAQ page with detailed guides and helpful images that often make it easy to get things working again. If you’d like to take a look, you might find the answer you need there. Of course, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly with the exact issue you’re experiencing. We’ll jump on it right away to see if there’s anything we can do to get you back up and running without delay. And if not, we’ll help facilitate sending out a replacement unit right away.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation and process your refund within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was received and you still haven’t seen your refund, please reach out to us at support@dhyanadesigns.com and we’ll gladly look into it for you.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’re committed to making things right and ensuring you have a positive experience.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about whether your item qualifies, please reach out—we’re happy to help.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
