Trouble Shooting
The entire reason I created TŌNEM was to relieve stresses, not add to them! If your device is not working properly here are some things that might help.
Not Powering On or Charging?
Please use the charging cable that came included with your device. We have recently become aware that, very rarely, certain other USB-C cables don't seem to charge TŌNEM properly.
A RED light should come on while charging. Once the red light turns off your TŌNEM is fully charged.

Not Hearing Any Sound?
1. Make sure to PRESS & HOLD down the power button for 2-seconds. A blue indicator light will come on signaling the device is on.
2. Make sure the volume level wasn't accidentally set so low that you may not be able to hear it. PRESS & HOLD the + button for a few seconds to turn it up.
3. Make sure the Tone Card is installed correctly and has not come out of place. Follow the instructions to re-install the Tone Card and then power on the device.
