It comes preloaded with 10 pure tones: every Solfeggio frequency, including the 528 Hz "Love Frequency," plus the 432 Hz "Miracle Tone." It also holds 10 music tracks, each one composed and tuned to the frequency it's paired with. Every track plays continuously for a full 10 hours.

Swapping between tone cards is easy and quick. To remove a card, gently press it inward using the tip of a flathead screwdriver. The card will pop back out on its own. Then slide the new card in and push gently inward again until you feel it click. That click means it's locked in place. Then simply power on your device and sound will begin to play.
